Shopping for a job this holiday season? Anyone looking for work in today’s climate knows how hard it can be to secure a quality gig. And the end of the year can lead to yet more hardships for those seeking work: layoffs, quiet cutting and stress. But there’s good news ahead for Visible members who need help navigating the complicated job market: In honor of National Job Action Day, we’re extending our signature Connection Protection program into 2024, giving job-hunting members three months of cost-covered wireless service and career resources.
National Job Action Day is recognized annually on the first Monday of November to empower and inspire jobseekers who dream of having a job they love. The day is dedicated to raising awareness of challenges workers face and empowering them to achieve their long-term career goals – so we couldn’t think of a better time to bring Connection Protection to more people.
Not familiar with Connection Protection? Launched earlier this year, the program offers eligible participants three months of service with costs covered by Visible*, in addition to coaching and resources from our friends at Empower Work. If you’ve completed at least one month’s billing cycle with Visible, you’re considered an eligible member and can apply for the program.
Connection Protection will be there to ensure members have reliable wireless that can connect them to employment opportunities when facing work hardships. Visible members know we have their back so they can worry less about things like their phone service when looking for a job that will set them up for success.
The impact on people’s lives is the real deal, but don’t take our word for it. Just listen to some of the 2,000+ members who have used Connection Protection:
