By signing up with Visible or by later enabling autopay, you give Visible authorization to charge your default payment card 26 hours before your next month’s service payment is due. If the payment fails, we will make a second attempt 12 hours before and a third and final attempt 2 hours before your next month’s payment is due. If all three attempts fail, your account will lapse and you will lose service. To restore service, you will be required to make a manual payment. You further authorize Visible to credit your default payment card in the event any refunds or other billing adjustments are appropriate. This authorization applies to your default payment method and any updates you make to that payment plan. Your authorization will remain in effect until you terminate your authorization online in your account. If you find a payment error, please contact Customer Care at least 4 days prior to your next month’s service payment is due. If you sign up for, cancel, or make changes to your autopay within 3 days of your service payment date, the change may not take effect until the following payment cycle. You may modify or cancel your automatic payment at any time by logging into your account at www.visible.com, navigating to the Account Overview section, and deselecting autopay. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION CONSENT: By enabling autopay, you consent to receive notices relating to upcoming payment amounts and any amounts charged or refunded to your payment card via electronic mail and via text message to the wireless number associated with your Visible account. You may withdraw this consent at any time by disabling autopay.
