Global Pass: Visible Members on either Visible or Visible+, Global Pass lets you use your talk, text and data allowances for a daily fee of $10/per day or $5/day, depending on the country in which you are traveling. A 5G or 4G World device with HD voice is required. If more than 50% of your talk, text or data usage in a 60-day period is within the destination of travel, we may disable or limit the use of those services in those destinations. Visible+ members will receive one complimentary day of Global Pass each month. Complimentary Global Pass days expire at the end of each month of service and do not roll over to the next month.
When you connect to a foreign carrier's network, your 24-hour unlimited session will begin and you will be automatically charged the specified daily rate for the country you are in. When traveling, some services such as domestic data applications, voicemail or call waiting, may not be available or work as expected. CDMA-only devices will not work outside the U.S. LTE-only devices will not work off the Visible network.
Setting up Your Account for International Travel: To use Global Pass International Services while traveling outside of the U.S., you must have a world capable device with HD voice and have active service on a Visible or Visible+ plan. In addition, you must enable Global Pass in your online account, have a valid payment method on file, and have enabled Autopay on your account. Finally, you must enable cellular data roaming and Wi-Fi calling before you travel. You will be notified by SMS of usage amounts and when you have used your allotted data for that 24 hour period.
Charges When You Are Traveling: If you enable Global Pass on your Prepaid monthly plan, the Global Pass daily fee will give you access to unlimited voice and text messages within the country where you are traveling and back to the US. You will also have 2GB of high-speed data. If you use your device’s hotspot while traveling internationally, this data usage will use data included in the 2GB allotment. If you exceed 2GB of data in any 24 hour period, you will continue to receive data at 3G speeds. We may send you text alerts to inform you of your service usage. These are free courtesy alerts and we can't guarantee you will receive them. If you travel to multiple Global Pass countries in a 24-hour period, you will begin a new session and incur another fee for each new session launched.
