A Trusted Device uses the device signature to maintain your MFA security, without using an OTP, each time you sign in to your account. Any mobile device, tablet, laptop or desktop computer can be added as a Trusted Device.
You can view and manage your Trusted Devices, at any time, in your Privacy & Security portal. When changes are made to your Trusted Devices list, you’ll be notified via email and, for active customers, via SMS. Those notifications will also serve as alerts should any unauthorized device be added to your account without your permission. For security purposes, you should review your list of Trusted Devices regularly and remove any device you don’t recognize or that’s no longer in use.
We don't recommend adding public or shared devices to your Trusted Devices list, due to their lack of privacy and personal protection.
